About the role:
We are looking for a Technical PPC Specialist to join our remote team on a full-time basis. You will manage multiple ad campaigns across various platforms, optimize performance, and develop your skills in client communication and strategy development.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage 10 to 20 Google Ads accounts weekly, optimizing performance and driving ROI.
Develop and execute strategies for Google Ads, with optional involvement in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and ensure effective conversion tracking.
Prepare and deliver concise weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with team members to suggest and implement new ideas, tests, and improvements.
Audit and optimize Google Ads accounts, creating strategic plans to enhance campaign performance.
Provide technical support for campaign management and optimizations.
Collaborate with the client-facing PPC specialist to execute strategies.
Participate in internal training and development to build client-facing skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must-Have:
Google Ads Certification (current and valid).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Google Ads-focused role.
Proven agency-side experience managing multiple clients/accounts.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong technical proficiency in Google Ads with a focus on campaign setup and optimization.
Willingness to grow into a client-facing role over time.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Swydo for reporting.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
Familiarity with SEO, CRO, web design, or landing page optimization.
A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Salary: $1,500- $2,200 monthly
