Is a digital marketing agency working primarily with B2B, ecommerce, education, and healthcare clients. Our client is seeking a Digital Paid Media Specialist with experience in online advertising. Role Overview
You'll optimize campaigns by leveraging key performance metrics and conversion tracking. Your strong communication skills ensure efficient collaboration with teams and clients, while your problem-solving abilities drive continuous campaign improvement. With excellent self-management, you prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and deliver successful digital advertising strategies.

Responsibilities
    Create and manage digital advertising campaigns hands-on, from inception to reporting.
    Conduct routine performance reviews across your clients and make updates or recommendations on: audience or keyword targeting, ad creative, landing page content, bid settings, placements, budget distribution, and tactical settings.
    Set up conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Tag Manager.
    Provide clear talking points on a regular basis to the client’s account manager on what we’ve done, how it’s performed, and what we’re doing next.
    Occasionally conduct thorough audits of ad accounts for prospective clients and existing clients to propose updates or new setups based on their needs and professional practices.
●  Quick email and chat responses, consistent updates in a project management system, being prepared ahead of internal meetings, and general efficiency in communicating with your teammates and clients.
●  Understanding of the key performance metrics of digital advertising and what changes to campaigns will impact them.

Requirements:
    Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of digital marketing, in Paid advertising on Google, LinkedIn, and/or Bing (Microsoft Ads).
    Google Ads and Google Analytics Certification a plus
    Working knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads a plus.
●    Working experience with common digital marketing tools, such as Google tools (Tag Manager, Ads Offline Editor, Analytics, Search Console, Data Studio), SEMRush, CallRail, Unbounce.
●   Understanding of how conversions (form fills, phone calls, purchases, engagement, etc.) are tracked.
