They specialize in creating employee recognition programs, sales incentives, and customer loyalty solutions. They help businesses improve performance through behavior change strategies tailored to organizational goals. Their offerings include customized rewards, gamified sales incentives, and flexible loyalty programs, supported by data-driven insights and robust IT platforms.  They also do custom development when the requirement arises. Depending on the requirements, their systems are built using either an in-house framework designed for purpose or Laravel.

What you will do: 
We are looking for an experienced project lead with Salesforce Administration experience. This position focuses on completing Sales Cloud and Financial Service Cloud implementations, which involves data migration and configuration for our clients. The selected candidate will work directly with clients to identify their needs and build out the Salesforce platform to match the client's business process.


Duties and Responsibilities - Project Management

• Deliver top tier Salesforce projects from design & configuration to integration, testing, & training while managing client communication and expectations
• Build lasting relationships with clients and Salesforce teams
• Collect client user stories and advise clients on Salesforce best practices
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with clients regarding project timeline and deliverables
• Set and meet project milestones and objectives 

Duties and Responsibilities - Salesforce Administration

• Manage/Manipulate client data (imports, exports, updates) utilizing Dataloader.io
• Create Salesforce users, profiles, and permission sets
• Customize fields, page layouts, record types, and custom objects
• Create customized reports and dashboards
• Develop Salesforce Flows and automated processes
• Discuss general sales processes with clients and execute Salesforce deliverables
• Install and configure Salesforce integrations-including native apps from the AppExchange and coordinating with 3rd party vendors for installation
• Provide day-to-day user-end support and provide clients with best practices to import CRM adoption
• Conduct Salesforce user and basic admin training for clients
• Adhere to project timelines and company policies

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administration experience
• Understand general sales processes/pipeline knowledge
• Develop standard Salesforce automations 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong technical aptitude, analysis skills, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic business environment
• Outstanding client communication/customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams


License/Certification:
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (Required)
