Sales Development Representative

About the Role

We are looking for an SDR for a sales and marketing agency for Managed Service Providers in the US. This position will dedicate a significant portion of their day to reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, preparing them for engagement with our Senior BDRs. Responsibilities include inviting prospects to events, conducting brief surveys, engaging in LinkedIn research, and actively participating in team training and huddles. 

High achievers have the opportunity to advance to the Senior BDR role within 3 to 6 months, unlocking a higher base salary and commission structure.

Base pay is $1k to $1,2k depending on experience plus structure commissions

Advanced level of English (at least C1)
Proven success with appointment-setting or cold-calling -- minimum duration of 1 to 2 years
Proven to be a hard worker, competitive, and possesses a go-getter attitude
Proper work-from-home setup (good internet, headset, computer, etc.)
Wonderful communicator and tone on the phone
Someone who seeks knowledge and has a growth mindset
Commitment to our core values of integrity, humility, and professionalism
Preferred experience with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce), Dialers and LinkedIn

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Primarily EST /New York Time Zone
