Role Overview
The Lead Management Specialist will nurture leads, ensuring they are effectively advanced through the sales process. This role requires a self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. While the core focus is on lead tracking and nurturing, there will also be opportunities to support marketing efforts, particularly social media strategy.
Responsibilities::
Lead Management & Sales Support (90% of the role):
• Track and organize leads using GoHighLevel CRM and other tools like Google Sheets.
• Monitor lead progress and move them forward in the sales pipeline, ensuring no drop-off.
• Communicate directly with leads via email, text, and other channels to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with VAs to track and move the hottest leads.
• Review calls and transcriptions, summarizing the conversations to keep records up to date.
• Execute follow-ups after calls, ensuring all necessary actions are taken immediately based on call discussions.
• Collaborate with the sales to ensure smooth lead handoffs and address lead inquiries promptly.
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all lead interactions.
Client Success Support (10% of the role):
• Assist with client success tasks, including reminders, session coordination, and follow-up communications.
• Support Leslie Wright with live events and client-related activities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies and manage content.
• Support the execution of content calendars to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or lead management
• Customer success background
• Proficiency with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets), and communication tools like Slack.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and projects at once.
• Experience with appointment-setting and lead nurturing.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to innovate processes for greater efficiency.
• Ability to work without micromanagement, taking ownership of tasks and prioritizing effectively.
• Comfortable with a slight accent and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with social media strategy and content creation (preferred but not essential).
