They are a boutique digital agency, seeking a powerful and dynamic CRM Strategist for a fast-growing team. As a CRM Strategist, you will be responsible for managing client customer databases, implementing CRM strategies, and optimizing customer interactions through data-driven performance strategies. Their team blends experienced digital athletes from high-growth start-ups with experienced agency/marketing leaders to create a powerful blend of digital transformation capabilities.
As a CRM Strategist, you will:
- Strategy: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction through personalized marketing campaigns as well as automated, behavior-driven communications
- Segmentation: Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns to effectively reach different customer segments
- Analysis: Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Reporting: Monitor and report on key CRM metrics, such as engagement metrics (CTR, open rates etc.), lifetime value, and retention rate
- Maintenance: Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
- Collaboration: Collaborate with external sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to continuously improve and innovate across all design disciplines.
- Feedback and Iteration: Seek feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into design iterations. Continuously refine and improve design concepts based on feedback and performance metrics.
Preferred Requirements of Candidates:
- 5-10 years experience, preferably in agency setting
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques
