Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
- Content Planning & Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content.
- Platform Management: Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content scheduling and monitoring.
- Audience Engagement: Develop strategies for community engagement and maintain influencer/partner relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze social performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies.
- Industry Trends: Monitor trends to identify creative opportunities for clients.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work with integrated marketing teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in social strategy, preferably in an agency setting.
