Our client
Our client is a San Francisco recruiting agency and staffing firm, specializing in filling Human Resources, Executive, and Administrative roles.

They specialize in direct permanent and contract hires within Leadership Operations, People Operations, Executive Support, Administrative Support, Customer Support, and Sales Support. Our team is anchored in the San Francisco Bay area, serving the US and on-site/remote/hybrid hiring within PST, CST, EST, and HST time zones.

What you will do: 
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder, and other job boards to source and identify qualified candidates.
  • Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, to pinpoint ideal candidate profiles.
  • Prequalify candidates through email and interviews to assess suitability for roles.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand and align with client requirements.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to calibrate candidate expectations and preferences.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with Account Managers and Hiring Managers.
  • Develop talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Track conversion rates and optimize sourcing strategies accordingly.
  • Craft and send engaging recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Engage with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
  • Proactively seek candidate referrals to expand our talent pool.
  • Promote our employer brand both online and offline.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensured data accuracy.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with past applicants regarding new opportunities.
  • Interact with clients in a timely and responsive manner to facilitate successful placements.
  • Actively and proactively participate in Business Development and Marketing initiatives, including Lead Generation, Outreach via email or LinkedIn, drafting client communications, scheduling meetings with account managers, liaising with BD vendors, and drafting blogs or posts as required.
  • Aid other adhoc projects as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Near-native proficiency in English
  • Results drive and used to working with KPIs
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional judgment of character.
  • Innate "people person" skills, with a passion for building relationships.
  • Highly organized with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
  • Ability to translate client hiring needs into effective search criteria.
  • Skilled at assessing the cultural fit between candidates and companies.
  • Available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
  • Experience recruiting on-site roles for US companies
  • Strong Experience in Linkedin Recruiter, (boolean), and ATS applications.
  • Familiarity with the tech and finance scene in San Francisco, including culture and geography.

Details and benefits
  • Work hours: Full-time role - balanced and flexible schedule. Pacific Time zone. 
  • Salary: starting at 1000 USD monthly
  • Commissions and bonuses: starting at 500 USD per hire. Typically 2 - 3 per month.
  • Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.
