We are looking for 25 proactive, dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day marketing operations, strategies and campaigns, and provide administrative support to marketing agency owners. Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage marketing calendars and schedules. Organize marketing files and documents using tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or SharePoint. Prepare marketing reports and dashboards as needed.
Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Engage with followers, monitor trends, and track social media performance. Use tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later for scheduling.
Content Design and Creation: Assist in creating graphics, presentations, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. Collaborate on developing blog articles, email campaigns, and marketing assets.
Email Marketing: Build and deploy email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign. Segment email lists and track campaign performance.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM databases (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Track and report lead performance and campaign results.
SEO and Performance Marketing: Conduct basic keyword research and assist with on-page SEO optimizations. Support paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Performance Marketing: Knowledge of running and optimizing ads on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or TikTok Ads.
Data Analysis: Basic skills in Google Analytics, interpreting metrics, and reporting.
Other Marketing Support: Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners. Monitor and track KPIs for various campaigns.
Qualifications
At least 1 year working as a Marketing Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
