What you will do:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Developer with expertise in both WordPress and Webflow to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating beautiful, responsive, and user-friendly websites. This role involves working closely with our design and project management teams to bring creative concepts to life.


Responsibilities:

  • Website Development: Build, customize, and maintain websites using WordPress and Webflow. Ensure websites are responsive, optimized for performance, and meet best practices in web development.

  • Theme and Plugin Customization: Customize existing themes and plugins, and develop custom solutions as needed to meet client requirements on WordPress.

  • Webflow Expertise: Utilize Webflow’s platform to design, build, and launch dynamic websites. Leverage Webflow’s CMS for client content management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive, functional websites. Provide input on design feasibility and improvements.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of websites to ensure they are free of bugs and meet client specifications. Perform regular updates and maintenance.

  • SEO and Performance Optimization: Implement SEO best practices and optimize websites for speed and performance.

  • Client Support: Provide technical support and training to clients as needed. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving website issues.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing work in both WordPress and Webflow.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin development.

  • Extensive experience with Figma

  • Strong knowledge of Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities.

  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

  • Experience with version control systems like Git.

  • Understanding of web standards, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility.


Details and Compensation: 

  • Full time Position

  • Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.

  • Compensation: Starting at $2500 to $3500  USD Monthly
