What you will do:
Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
“Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface
Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
Design and implement API REST or GraphQL
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimization of the application for performance, speed, and scalability
Implementation of security and data protection
Design and implementation of data storage solutions
Requirements
A BE or BS in computer engineering or computer science is required.
-8+ years of professional experience as Software Engineer
Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6.
Proficiency with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and back-end, e.g., React for web, Vue, Laravel or Flask and Fast API, Django.
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system and API surface sharing API design in Swagger UI and testing APIs in Postman.
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes, specifically hands on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL DB.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Proficiency with cloud infrastructure and services broadly and specifically with AWS Lambda functions for serverless computing and ECS (Elastic Container Service) instances for container management, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Amazon S3 buckets, AWS Amplify, CloudFront CDN, Route53, managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHubActions, AWS cloud watch.
Proficiency with distributed system design and architecture, with ability to document design clearly from high level to specific API sequence flows.
