About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent in digital marketing, operations, and creative roles for our clients.
Sourcing & Attraction:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Screening & Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
Conduct initial screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management:
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant.
Collaboration & Communication:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Advise hiring managers on best practices and provide market insights.
Facilitate regular communication and updates with stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and sourcing trackers, ensuring 100% compliance with QA standards.
Track and report KPIs
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing and recruiting Latin American talent for US companies.
Technology Proficiency: Skilled in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
Interviewing: Expertise in structured behavioral interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with clear, professional communication skills.
Deep understanding of marketing roles.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and report KPIs

Location: 100% Remote (Candidate must be located in LATAM)
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time
Salary: $1,100 + commissions (On Target Earnings $2,375)
