Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-driven Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact between internal teams and their clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a marketing agency, with a focus on serving US-based clients. Experience in performance marketing (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads) is preferred. Strong project management skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent client communication skills are key to success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, maintaining daily communication with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and proactive problem-solving.
- Oversee the timely delivery of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, working with internal teams to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management software such as Monday.com and Jira.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams, including performance marketing specialists, designers, and data analysts, to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Lead regular client meetings (with support from ops teams) to present campaign performance, discuss strategy, and address any questions or concerns. Prepare and deliver detailed reports on campaign progress and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for product enhancements or optimizations, ensuring that clients’ marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
- Support internal teams in optimizing paid media campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads, by analyzing data and providing actionable insights to improve performance.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their business goals and aligning marketing efforts to support these objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of account management experience, with at least 1 year of agency experience working in the US market.
- Close-to-native English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing principles, with a focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms for task tracking, project timelines, and team collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and/or Google Workspace, especially in using spreadsheets for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized and ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
- Ability to work independently, manage client expectations, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven track record of facilitating cross-team collaboration and maintaining strong client relationships.
