Our client is digital advertising agency specializing in Paid Social and Paid Search. Provides industry-leading digital marketing solutions to large and small businesses. Most of their clients are located in the United States, and team members are located throughout the United States and around the world.

About the role:  

We are seeking a Google Ads Account Manager with expertise in creating and managing profitable campaigns for e-commerce and lead-generation businesses. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and overseeing their Google Ads accounts.

This position combines interpersonal skills for client relationship management with analytical abilities to strategize and optimize campaign performance. Account Managers play a vital role in driving client success and are evaluated based on client retention and campaign results.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and e-commerce websites, ensuring the use of effective campaign structures and bidding strategies
  • Utilize Google Ads interface and Google Ads Editor to adjust campaigns and improve performance.
  • Learn about each client’s business, including their products and target audience, to create tailored marketing strategies
  • Guide clients on strategies to maximize the profitability of their campaigns, offering recommendations for website improvements and providing education on key metrics for evaluating campaign success
  • Educate clients on how to focus on meaningful metrics, like conversion rates and website traffic quality, rather than just click-through rates
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities by tackling challenges independently, taking initiative to overcome obstacles, and asking for support only when necessary
  • Assist with client retention and campaign performance, contributing to the growth and success of each account
  • Work under the Director of Client Success and Client Success Managers, gradually being assigned more clients as confidence grows
  • Be graded on client retention and campaign performance, with opportunities for promotion to Client Success Manager as responsibilities increase
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, including a solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and using Google Ads Editor
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience working in a Marketing Agency
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and the team
  • Must be available to work during Central Time business hours
Details and benefits
  • Work hours: Full-time role. 9- 5 pm Central Time (Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week)
  • US Holidays observance
  • Salary: 3,000 -3,300 USD monthly.
  • PTO - unlimited
