Position Overview:
We are seeking a Creative Strategist with expertise in both organic and paid media to craft compelling and high-performing creative content for digital campaigns. In this role, you will develop creative strategies for social media and paid advertisements, working closely with account managers and media teams to ensure the content aligns with brand objectives and drives engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling and on-brand content for paid and organic media campaigns, including social media posts, copywriting, video concepts, ads, and graphics.
- Develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences, supporting both organic growth and paid media campaigns.
- Collaborate with media teams to review and optimize creative assets for both paid and organic media based on performance data and insights.
- Work closely with account managers, content teams, and media buyers to align creative direction with overall marketing goals and ensure consistency across campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in both organic and paid social media, ensuring creative content is relevant and effective across platforms.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Content Strategist, or in a similar role focused on organic and paid media content.
- Strong skills in copywriting, video production, and graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus).
- Experience developing creative for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and understanding of platform-specific creative needs.
- Ability to optimize content based on data insights to improve campaign performance across organic and paid channels.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative work across both paid and organic digital campaigns.

- Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools.
- Advanced english level (C1)

Details:

Full-time, M-F. 9-5pm - EST or CST

The salary starts at $2K (USD) -  with potential for increase based on experience and portfolio.

Location: Remote from LATAM
